Compared to typical representatives of this variety, our 2024 Sauvignon Blanc surprises with a subtle salinity and a discreet, almost protective phenolic character. It's more reminiscent of the Loire than New Zealand – dry, austere, yet refined. Instead of tropical fruit, aromas of delicate stone fruit, blossoms, and a subtle hint of vanilla and wood dominate, lending the wine an elegant depth.

Not a typical Sauvignon Blanc, but a subtle, understated wine characterized by its finesse and minerality. Less striking in its classic aromas, but all the more so in its structure and complex character.
